クレジットカードや PayPal でのお支払いは可能ですか？

現在、当サイトでは イプシロン決済によるクレジットカード決済 および paypay決済に対応しておりますが、PayPal決済 には対応しておりません。 国内外問わず、安心してご利用いただけます。 また、銀行振込をご希望の場合は、個別にご案内いたしますのでお問い合わせください。
作品はすべて個人で制作・管理しており、撮影期間中はホテルに滞在している為、すぐには対応できない場合がございます。 メールには目を通しておりますが、お返事は帰着後となり発送までお時間をいただくこともありますが、より良い作品を生み出すための時間としてご理解いただけますと幸いです。

We currently accept credit card payments via Epsilon as well as PayPal. Both domestic and international customers can use these payment methods with confidence.

Bank Transfer

In addition to credit card payments via Epsilon and PayPay, bank transfers are also available upon request. Bank details will be provided individually to customers who prefer this method.
All works are created and managed personally. During photo shoots, I may not be able to respond immediately, and shipping may take some time. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, as this allows me to focus on creating better works.  

Convenience Store Payment (Optional Feature)

As an optional feature of Epsilon, convenience store payments may also be supported. This method allows customers to make payments 24 hours a day, even without a credit card. Details will be announced once the service becomes available.  

Mobile Carrier Billing (Optional Feature)

This method allows customers to pay together with their mobile phone bill. It offers a simple and seamless payment experience. Further information will be provided once implementation is confirmed.

いいえ、選択はできません。 当サイトの商品（DVD）は、日本郵便のクリックポストにて発送いたします。

• 送料は全国一律 250円（税込）＋手数料 750円、合計 1,000円をご負担いただきます。
• 追跡番号つきのため、安心して配送状況をご確認いただけます。
• 在庫を確保次第、ポスト投函にて発送いたします。 在庫がない場合は、発送までお時間をいただくことがございます。
• ラベルは自宅で印刷し貼付しております。 Microsoft社のOfficeクラウドにて接続し顧客情報を一元管理しているので、情報漏洩の心配はありません。
• 日本郵便は CD・DVDの発送に公式対応しているため、安心してお受け取りいただけます。
• （万が一ヒビ割れなどがあり再生できない場合はご連絡ください。）
• 土日祝の配達にも対応しており、営業日以外でもスムーズにお届けできます。
• 撮影に長期間行く場合は、対応が遅れる場合があります。

 
 
 

Can I choose the delivery carrier?

No, the delivery carrier cannot be selected. All DVD orders are shipped via Japan Post’s Click Post service.

• A flat shipping fee of 250 JPY (tax included) plus a handling fee of 750 JPY, totaling 1,000 JPY, will be charged.
• Each shipment includes a tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status with confidence.
• Your order will be dispatched via mailbox posting as soon as stock is secured. If an item is temporarily out of stock, additional time may be required before shipping.
• Shipping labels are printed and attached at home using a dedicated offline PC, ensuring that your personal information remains secure.
• Japan Post officially supports the shipment of CDs and DVDs, so you can receive your package with peace of mind.
• Delivery is available on weekends and public holidays, allowing for prompt arrival even outside regular business days.

 
 
 

日時指定はできますか？

いいえ、時間指定は不可となっております。

• 午前中／午後／夜間などの指定はいたしかねます。
• 速達オプションも対応しておりません。
• 完全に「普通郵便扱い＋追跡付き」となっております。
土日・祝日も配達されるので、休日に商品のお届けが可能です。
• 日本郵便の配達スケジュールに従いますので、イレギュラーもございます。
配達方法は“ポスト投函”しますので、本局ではないのでマイナス1日となる場合もございます。
• 郵便受けに入るサイズ（小型の場合は返送される可能性あり）ならそのまま投函しお届けします。
• 入らない場合は手渡しになることもあるので、ケースバイケースとなることも予めご了承下さい。
• 不在票が入るケースもある（厚みやサイズ次第）ので、お客様で対応していただくことがございます。
 
 
 

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

No, we are unable to accept specific delivery time requests.

• We cannot accommodate requests such as “morning / afternoon / evening.”
• Express delivery options are not available.
• All shipments are sent as standard mail with tracking. Delivery is also made on weekends and public holidays, so items may arrive on non‑business days.
• Delivery follows Japan Post’s schedule, so occasional irregularities may occur.
• Items are delivered by mailbox drop-off. Depending on the local post office, delivery may be delayed by one day.
• If the package fits in your mailbox (small items may be returned if they do not), it will be delivered directly.
• If it does not fit, it may be handed to you directly; this varies depending on the situation.
• In some cases, a missed-delivery notice may be left (depending on size and thickness), and you may need to arrange redelivery yourself.

 
 
 

商品は何日くらいで届きますか？

配達日数の目安は最短で下記の通りです。
個人商売ですのでお時間をいただく場合もございますが、
お急ぎの場合は注文時にその旨コメントをご記入ください。

• 同一県内：1日〜2日
• 近隣県：1日〜2日
• 遠方（北海道・九州・沖縄など）：2日〜3日
※天候・交通状況・繁忙期（年末など）で多少前後することがございます。


ポスト投函のタイミングで変わります。
• 午前中に投函 → 当日集荷されやすい → 早く届く
• 夜に投函 → 翌日の扱いになる
つまり、午前〜昼に投函すると最速で届きやすいので前日の発送作業が完了後に随時発送させていただきますので、当日発送は行っておりません。
また、天候にも左右されます。
台風や豪雨、落雷などの悪天候の場合、投函が回復するまで延期いたします。

How many days will it take for the item to arrive?

The estimated delivery time (earliest possible) is as follows. Since this is a small independent business, processing may take some time. If you are in a hurry, please leave a comment when placing your order.

• Within the same prefecture: 1–2 days
• Neighboring prefectures: 1–2 days
• Distant regions (Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, etc.): 2–3 days Please note that weather, traffic conditions, and busy seasons (such as year‑end) may cause delays.

  Delivery time also depends on when the package is dropped into the mailbox:

• Dropped in the morning → more likely to be collected the same day → faster delivery
• Dropped at night → treated as next‑day mail

Therefore, items dropped between morning and early afternoon tend to arrive the fastest. We ship as soon as the previous day’s packing work is completed, so same‑day shipping is not available.
Delivery is also affected by weather conditions. In cases of typhoons, heavy rain, lightning, or other severe weather, mailing will be postponed until conditions improve.
